Edition : "Jean"

I met a man called Jean (I spoke about him two messages ago), who lives in Aste-Béon, and when I came to his village for the first time I photographied him without any intention. At this moment I had to form a visual identity for this village, and I wanted for this print project to do the portrait of an ever-present person. 

My edition focuses on the way of making a portrait of this character I didn't know anything about and whose I didn't asked anything. Keeping myself out of any pleasure or enthousiasm about this meeting, I tried to retranscribe my intentions, the description of his life with differents form and sense, and finally the real result of my informations collecting. In this work I also tried to experimentate the text/picture link, attempting to keep out of an usual caption./
